The Tasting
The tasting begins with a guided tour of the winery, where you will learn the secrets of wine production. Afterwards, you will head to the vineyard for a short walk among the rows.
At this point, it is time for the toast at sunset. From the panoramic point, you can admire a breathtaking view, with the islands of Alicudi, Filicudi and Salina in the background.
The tasting continues on the terrace, where you can enjoy two glasses of wine paired with two platters of cold cuts, cheeses and other local products. Finally, you will be served a glass of Malvasia delle Lipari DOC and artisanal biscuits.

Payment methods and conditions
Online with credit/debit card, through Stripe platform, required in order to confirm your booking, after the approval, within 48 hours and anyway within half the time remaining before the booked experience.
Cancellation/modification policy
Reservation and cancellation policy:
- Reservation is required for all tastings, experiences, and transfers.
- Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing only.
- Tenuta di Castellaro will do its utmost to accommodate any changes, but cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet them.
- In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply, expressed as a percentage of the participation fee:
- From 24 to 12 hours before the tasting: 20% penalty
- In case of no show: 100% penalty

- In case of unforeseen circumstances, Tenuta di Castellaro reserves the right to cancel or modify any tasting, experience, or transfer. In such cases, guests will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered a full refund or a reschedule of the event.

If you request cancellation, the refunded amount depends on the amount of time left before the booked experience, based on the following table:

Change to the number of people
If you request to decrease the number of paying people, the refunded amount for the removed parts depends on the time left before the booked experience, based on the following table:

You can request to add more people and pay their parts, but you cannot add more adults if less than 12 hours are left.
